Where It All Began

In January 2003 I started as a trainee at Heat Team, the service department for Baxi Heating UK Ltd. I embarked on an intensive gas engineer course which I completed in 6 months. Supported by one of the major UK gas appliance manufacturers gave me a great foundation upon which I have built my career. Gaining 17 years experience with Baxi gave me an amazing wealth of knowledge about how Heating systems work, the best ways to maintain them and the best methods of fault finding.

During this time, I was involved in many different areas of the business, from providing training to Baxi’s installer network, to involvement in R&D and product development. In 2013 I was promoted to senior service engineer, responsible for diagnosing more challenging faults as well as developing permanent solutions to reoccurring issues. We cover Nuneaton, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

What Happened Next

I left Baxi in 2018 to join Worcester Bosch. And in 2021 I decided to develop my own business providing repair, service and installation solutions. With customer service at the heart of my business, I want to bring a more personal, professional and cost-effective service to my customers. I would like my customers to feel they have a responsive service they can call upon giving them honest and accurate diagnosis as well as the best solution to get their heating and hot water working reliably again.
